We really loved learning about the Three Little Pigs this week. We made houses in all sorts of different ways - with sticks and logs on Welly Wednesday, with straws and playdough, with bricks (and wet sand and shaving foam to help them stick together) and wood. We tested our houses to see how they strong they were. We also had a letter from the Three Little Pigs asking us for help in finding the wolf so that he could say sorry for what he did. We created 'wanted' posters and set up traps too. We spotted his footprints a few times on the playground! We also read lots of different alternative stories where the wolf wasn't so big and bad after all!
