This week we had great fun collecting leaves from our outside area and using them to create pictures. We also explored using different materials to paint with to make different effects.
In Maths we learnt to use 5 frames to find 1 more and learnt to draw Numicon shapes 1-5 from memory. We have been reading The Large Family stories and tried to use our sounds to write words like - mum, dad, cat, kids and dog.
In Phonics we have learnt the sounds - ck, e, u and r.
The children are learning to play and share with each other and are trying hard to tidy up quickly.
