Hello and a warm welcome to 4ED!
Mr. Sedgwick is the class teacher of this Year 4 class and the children are also supported everyday by the class teaching assistants, Mrs Little and Mrs. Reed.
Morning Routine
Children are welcome to come into the classroom as soon as the classroom door is opened by a member of staff and they need to be in and settled into their learning by 8:40am.
Home Time Routine
We will stand at the classroom door and let them go when they see you in the playground. If you would like your child begin their independence and walk home or meet you at the school gate, please let us know via the school office so that we know that they are not expecting to meet someone in the playground.
Reading and Home Learning
Reading is such an important skill to learn and master, and one that is most enjoyable - please read with your child daily. School reading books will be given out every Monday and these will need to be returned to school on Friday if your child has finished the book. Home learning is given out on a sheet at the start of each term.
